Talent Acquisition Manager
A top-tier broker-dealer in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with hiring process from start to finish: screen resumes, source candidates, interview & place new hires, orient new employees
- Work with senior management to meet firm's hiring needs.
- Support campus recruitment & coordinate with top tier universities for recruitment of newly implemented internship program
- Establish, track, and maintain relationships with third party recruiting agencies
Qualifications:
- 7+ years working in recruitment
- Previous experience recruiting for financial services roles
- Must have previous experience working on the corporate side of recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree
