Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary)
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process at Farmer Brothers. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from scheduling to onboarding. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and interviewers to ensure a seamless interview process. Coordinate interview logistics including travel arrangements, video conferencing, and meeting room bookings.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about their onboarding status, interview schedules, and next steps.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in coordinating pre-employment activities for new hires, including background checks, offer letters, and paperwork. Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Paycom knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
