In this contract to hire role, you'll be the frontline hero, tackling all things client helpdesk-related with precision and finesse. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing stellar customer service, your knack for deescalation and excellent people skills will shine through. Open tickets? No problem. You'll handle them like a pro, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

This individual must preferably have solid calendaring skills and a background working with Zendesk and Monday.com. Someone who can de-escalate issues for clients, ensuring a prompt answer by the close of business, is the best fit. This individual should have fantastic communication skills as they are the point person for all calls coming into ther help desk.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive helpdesk support during regular business hours.
• Tackle a wide range of technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize your exceptional deescalation abilities to resolve conflicts and keep clients satisfied.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to address installation issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with government entities to understand their unique needs and provide tailored support.
