This individual must preferably have solid calendaring skills and a background working with Zendesk and Monday.com. Someone who can de-escalate issues for clients, ensuring a prompt answer by the close of business, is the best fit. This individual should have fantastic communication skills as they are the point person for all calls coming into ther help desk.
