Job Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team! As a Systems Administrator, you'll provide top-notch technical support, develop innovative solutions, and maintain our systems, applications, and networks. If you have a strong background in troubleshooting, network administration, and cloud expertise, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with clients to identify and solve technical problems
• Analyze, design, and implement system improvements
• Configure and support internal and external networks
• Develop and maintain systems, applications, security, and network configurations
• Troubleshoot network performance and recommend optimizations
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and update support documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in computer, server, and network troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of network administration and cloud technologies
• Provide support for special projects including new customer onboarding, O365 migrations, and Azure migration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of operating systems, database management, and server applications
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
