SVP - Head of Finance

Our client is a rapidly growing digital media & publishing organization, covering automotive, racing and Formula-1. They own and operate several websites, publications, and in-person events and are expanding into new verticals and products to become a multi-dimensional media powerhouse in their space. As SVP, Head of Finance, you will be the highest in their finance org, working closely with PE ownership, and overseeing all functions such as Treasury, Controllership/Accounting, Corporate Development, and FP&A

Job Title: SVP, Head of Finance

Location: NYC, Manhattan. Candidates must be local, eligible to work for any US employer, and comfortable working onsite in hybrid capacity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in finance, with background in Investment Banking and then later transitioning into corporate finance
• Demonstrated experience and ability to be a strategic finance leader
• Experience working closely with, presenting and reporting to Private Equity ownership and board members
• Demonstrated experience and ability to oversee treasury, controllership/accounting, tax, corporate development, and FP&A
• Strong ability and experience building budgets, operating models, cashflow forecasts, investor models, etc.
• Scrappy, ability to work in start-up / growing environment where you will have ownership and autonomy
• Experience in leadership role, overseeing team of direct reports
• Familiarity or experience of media industry and processes
• Global experience
• Experience overseeing Capex, Opex, A/R, A/P, etc.
• Experience working with NetSuite
  
  

Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 (Based on experience & level), +/- 20% Bonus, and benefits

As Head of Finance, this role will be an integral part of the organization’s growth story. This person will be focused on financial strategy, overseeing all corporate finance functions and leading the finance org.
