Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and distribute responsibilities effectively among team members.
Collaborate with Specialists to identify and address data inconsistencies and key performance indicators.
Address and resolve any escalated concerns from our learners regarding vendor relations.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Provide regular reports and support to team members.
Participate in hiring activities and contribute to candidate selection processes.
Support team members in training, development, and performance management.
Engage in weekly meetings and contribute to the implementation of various projects.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in supply chain analysis.
Strong written communication skills.
