Roles & Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition intern will work on the following:
Screen resumes, and application forms
Assist with candidate in-take process
Assist with weekly TA reporting, tracking hourly hires as needed
Address candidate inquiries regarding job opportunities, and upcoming hiring events

Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology
Minimum 3.2 GPA
You are available June 3rd – August 15th
You have interest in the business areas listed above with some relevant coursework, student clubs, and/or internship experience
Strong interest in Beauty Industry
Excellent writing and verbal skills
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Strong interest in Human Resources
The pay range for this position in New York City is $22/hour
