Roles & Responsibilities
The PR & Social will work on the following:
- Assist with coordinating and tracking all press samples for PR/influencer opportunities
- Collaborate and support the team with weekly press activity reports and materials
- Monitor trending news in beauty and lifestyle top-tier publications
- Assist with community management efforts, such as content scheduling
- Source user-generated and influencer content
- Making recommendations to brand leaders based on industry support research
- Contributing to developing business strategy and innovation
- A lunch and learn with a senior executive
- Branding your personal career story to become a marketable candidate

- Rising Juniors and Seniors (Class of 2025-2026)
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand both quantitative and qualitative data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong aptitude to analyze market trends and consumer research
- Must be a self-starter
- Comfortable presenting
- Passion for beauty, interest in consumer products
- Ability to multi-task
