Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules.
Strong understanding of country-specific time and payroll configurations and related integrations.
Experience working collaboratively with integration teams, developers, and configuration teams.
Ability to execute test scripts, identify defects, and support defect resolution processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
