Develops, designs, and implements weekly recruitment activities for various applicant pools to include adult learners, high and middle school students, parents, counselors, career specialists, teachers, and school administrators in the college’s service area such as placement testing, pre-advisement, education fairs etc. Plans and participates in special campus events. Manages a recruitment territory; interact and recruit first-year students from the assigned territory. Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors. Serves to identify enrollment management issues in recruitment territory. Provides comprehensive, one-on-one admissions and enrollment services to applicants to the college using results from placement, assessments, and career-interest testing. Follows up with the prospective in all phases of the enrollment process. Conducts follow up communication through all communication media (phone, email, chat, walk-ins, tours, and recruitment events) with prospects, applicants, and newly admitted student’s; working with prospective students to assist in selecting the program of study that best fits their education needs and professional goals.
Plans and delivers presentations to prospective students, parents, high school counselors, community leaders, etc. Conducts campus tours. Preforms other related duties as required.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree and experience in student service programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years related experiences in student services programs. Experience related to the development and dissemination of information material is preferred
