Strategy & Business Development

A financial services company in New York City is looking to add a new Strategy & Business Development Associate to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

The Strategy & Business Development Associate will:

• Evaluate complex business questions that drive the firm's long-term direction and growth opportunities
• Perform research and conduct rigorous analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods
• Innovate and make recommendations that impact the way the business is run
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management skills
• Solid analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
