STAFFING COORDINATOR
This position supports the production and operations teams to ensure that all areas in the building are appropriately staffed. The Staffing Coordinator will interface with department supervisors and actively oversee staffing needs and personnel on the Production Floor. This is a full-time position with daytime hours covering the duration of the production day, primarily Monday through Friday, including early and late hours as needed.
This candidate must be able to work in a dynamic setting, communicate effectively with team members, perform multiple duties, and engage in new opportunities each day.

Essential Job And Duties
- Supervising Production Floor staff and coordinating daily Production Floor staffing needs
- Screening candidates for temporary employment
- Ensuring employees and temps complete the proper paperwork and training
- Auditing employee hours and coordinating with staffing agencies
- Updating and verifying work hours with Supervisors
- Assisting office and floor supervisors with daily tasks
- Checking labels, lot codes, and product stacking patterns
- Capable of working in various work settings of the facility including warehouse, office, and plant areas
Skills, Expectations and Education/Training
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills required, especially communication between supervisors across departments
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Must be able to manage changing priorities associated with a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred but not required
- Must be able to withstand standing for long periods of time
