Responsibilities:

-Manage operations for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc., responsible for account management, comment moderation, content planning, and execution.

-Assist with social media reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, analyzing both organic and paid initiatives.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media to maintain Halara's competitive edge.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create original content and campaigns that align with business goals, brand standards, and content calendars.

-Oversee content production projects for in-house brand content on social media.

-Ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing campaigns through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

-Develop strategies for brand and product promotion, community engagement, and influencer collaborations on various international social platforms, aimed at increasing visibility and engagement.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with an overseas study background. Proficiency in English as a working language.

-At least 3 years of experience managing overseas social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

-Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Proficient in critical thinking and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
