Job Description
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager/product owner of Saas-based products
- 2-3 years of Android and iOS app product management experience
- Fintech background and experience managing strategy and enhancements for financial mobile applications
- Customer-oriented mindset, excelling as product champion internally and with customers
- An innate ability to interact with the market - talking to prospects, building relationships with customers, understanding current market needs and future trends, assessing competitors, researching, and analyzing market intelligence
- Familiarity with database management and deployment encouraged
- Strong understanding of Lean Product Management, Agile and SDLC methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of technical and industry trends to drive innovation
- Highly analytical, data-driven mindset; holds self and others accountable with ROI-oriented KPIs
- Insightful and thoughtful questioning, offering new ideas and solutions
- Passion for solving customer problems, and creative thinking
- Experience launching software or services with development teams and a high degree of proficiency in prototyping and iterative development
- Discipline and comfort with ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent communication skills
