The Role 


As the Sr. Manager - Demand & Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day of all finished goods within the PATH supply chain to meet customer demand efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless coordination between demand planning production, procurement, and logistics functions.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute supply chain plans to meet customer demand efficiently, balancing inventory costs and service levels.
  • Utilize the MRP tool meticulously for accurate forecast submissions and data management.
  • Publish forecast KPIs at SKU, warehouse, and customer levels for transparency and performance tracking.
  • Manage co-manufacturers for raw materials and fillers effectively.
  • Oversee procurement processes from demand planning to delivery, including purchase orders and coordination with suppliers.
  • Facilitate transfer orders between multiple locations, ensuring smooth communication with co-manufacturers and the transportation team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain requirements with new product initiatives.
  • Employ analytical methods in supply planning, integrating various data sources for informed decision-making.
  • Communicate production changes, stockouts, and overages to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Monitor current inventory levels, including aging inventory, for optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to fulfill supply needs effectively.
  • Assess manufacturing capacity and capability at each partner facility.
  • Manage strategic inventory levels for both existing and new products, considering lead times and business requirements.
  • Proactively minimize slow-moving and obsolete materials, implementing strategies for effective inventory management.


Qualifications


  • 3-5 years previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or procurement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. While the range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, the final offer amount will depend on the factors listed above.
