Crocs is seeking a Sr Manager, Retail Marketing to join our North America Marketing team. This role acts as the voice of the consumer, translates global strategy into regional brand activation, and leads coordinated marketing planning for our owned retail stores.

This Sr. Manager should be able to successfully lead within a matrix organization and have critical influence with NA retail sales, product, finance, creative and other cross-functional teams. Reports to Sr. Director, Channel Marketing, Americas and responsible for managing one direct report.

What You'll Do

  • Build annual and seasonal marketing plans for Retail Channel that deliver both on-brand and business goals, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the Retail GTM strategy and deliverables. Translate Global objectives into strategic retail marketing programs to enhance customer acquisition and retention to achieve the Americas revenue goal.
  • Leverage data driven insights to inform marketing campaigns and activation strategies.
  • Willing to push boundaries by testing innovative, go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumer affinities, bringing fresh, innovative marketing ideas to the forefront of our planning
  • Effectively drive cross-functional coordination and execution of marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability in retail stores
  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with teams, including product, merchandising and sales channels
  • Drive the development, socialization and institutionalization of strong, compelling and consumer centric content that supports the brand and aligns to our vision
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our consumers and our brand and thoughtfully incorporate into everything that we do and every campaign that we bring to market
  • Contribute to store profitability and increase store traffic by developing and executing retail marketing plans and key marketing events at the store level.
  • Partner with VM to ensure flawless and timely execution of new products, services and offers in all retail channels.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Manage the department budget and analyze investments to ensure positive return on investment.
  • Build Strong external relationships with Key Wholesale accounts and Mall developers.
  • Oversee the Wholesale and Retail Marketing budgeting strategy and process; setting spend allocation across the year and regional priorities.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to identify trends, insights and optimalization opportunities.
  • Lead & develop high-performing team. Develop key skills and capabilities within the team and foster career development.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a background in Branding and/or Retail.
  • Comprehensive background in brand marketing and proficiency in creative brief writing is a requirement.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to build strategic marketing presentations.
  • Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal, including professional international competence with all levels of seniority.
  • Lead with initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; problem-solving skills is must.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to translate data, assessments, and observations into useful strategy.
  • Well-organized, detail oriented and possess strong time-management.
  • Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment; able to consider complex decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Salary or Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
