POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners has a history of high growth which has created its leadership position. Going forward, their strategy is to continue growth in the core business of professional radiology. However, to truly transform Radiology and to continue to achieve their aggressive growth targets, they recognize the importance of investments and explorations into adjacencies that are not directly related to their core business. Examples include artificial intelligence, data partnerships, outpatient imaging, etc.

The Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy will work closely with key Radiology Partners stakeholders on a variety of growth-oriented strategies practice wide. The Director plays a leadership role in IT as well as clinical and business initiatives of the Practice. They will achieve success in these areas by helping lead the management, development, and execution of long-term plans and objectives.


PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help define and lead corporate strategy initiatives practice wide
  • Launch and maintain high priority strategic initiatives while working with the Practice’s leaders, executives, and stakeholders
  • Screen, develop, and coordinate innovation partnerships (e.g., Pharma, AI, data, etc.)
  • Own quantitative analysis of initiatives to make recommendations on profitability of opportunities
  • Provide short and long-term strategic recommendations to the Practice’s leadership teams
  • Work on special projects, including board strategy sessions and internal market development strategies and priorities



INTERFACES WITH

The Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy will report directly to the VP of Corporate Strategy while interfacing on a regular basis with cross functional team members including within operations, IT, clinical, legal, and sales and with key members of the leadership team, including the CEO, Chief Development Officer (CDO), SVP of Corporate Strategy and Development, CIO, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and the COO.


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strategy Consulting Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of consulting experience at a top tier management consulting firm.
  • Relevant Industry Experience:
  • The ideal candidate will have been exposed to multiple disciplines within healthcare and/or life sciences. Examples may include payor, provider, pharma, med tech, bio tech, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will have Product/Brand Management experience
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare technology. Examples may include EMR/EHR, PACs imaging, payment tech, etc.
  • Relevant Project experience: The ideal candidate will have spent time focused on projects in both growth strategy as well as operations
  • Structured and Logical Thinking: The ability to identify problems, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks for analysis, and created structured plans against which to execute.
  • Analytical Aptitude: The ability to manage highly complicated quantitative analysis in a defect-free manner. Mastery of MS Excel.
  • Executive Communication: The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Cultural Fit: The ideal candidate will be analytical, team oriented, and possess the ability to build relationships across the organization.

The candidate selected for this position will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning. This person will also need to be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel. This professional must demonstrate strong leadership skills, best demonstrated by the individual’s ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management.

The salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $180,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
