Experience And Responsibilities
- Very good experience of SQL coding in Netezza.
- Having a good knowledge of shell scripts and Python scripts.
- Having a good knowledge of Linux.
- Must have working knowledge of Managed care with SQL.
- Must have knowledge working on the Provider and Payer workflows, especially population health management concepts & KPIs.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience working in the US healthcare industry.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and document business and system requirements and workflows.
- Convert business specifications provided by the Client into detailed functional requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria.
- Maintain proper documentation for requirement traceability.
- Analyze requirements to understand the impacts on defined priority and any missing gaps.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with a high level of autonomy and independence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
