About the Role: -

Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: -

• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a Sourcer, with a focus on the aerospace industry.
• In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LI Recruiter, Work-day, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and best practices, with a track record of successful candidate engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Experience sourcing for talent in the cleared space.
• Engineering expertise: Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Structural, Manufacturing, etc.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $75000 – $87000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
