CHARLES & KEITH is seeking an experienced Social & Community Manager to manage and grow our social media presence within the USA.
Job Responsibilities
Define and optimise the channel and content strategy to increase our brand reach and follower growth
Work with the wider team to engage our community to create viral content that builds awareness and drives sales
Develop campaigns and activations, and to deliver the end-to-end social activations with internal teams
Manage varying budgets and commission content, ensuring it is aligned with channel requirements and industry benchmarks
Develop channel and campaign KPIs based on benchmarks and report metrics and successes to key internal and external team members
Work with key partners, including TikTok, to manage, plan and execute activations that will drive efficient ROI
Regular reporting on current community trends, sentiment, and channel performance
Develop ideas and insights based on social media trends, social listening and analytics
In-depth market research and analysis to drive initiatives with influencers, our own customers and on social media platforms, specifically TikTok but also Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc
Recommend tools that suit the business stage, delivering end-to-end production while guiding internal teams and external partners, including Performance Marketing
Job Requirements
5+ years of Social Marketing/Community Building experience within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry
Deep knowledge of Gen-Z audience
Excellent understanding of the changing social landscape and how to scale channels, create engaging content with partners and to innovate
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Very analytical, using data and insight to drive strategy, decisions and priorities
Skilful in brand storytelling, and passionate about CHARLES & KEITH’s mission and vision
