Qualifications

• Proficiency in SharePoint platform, covering installation, configuration, customization, and administration.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.
• Knowledge of SharePoint development tools like SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), etc.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and integration with other systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and hybrid environments.
• Understanding of SharePoint security model, including permissions, authentication, and authorization.
• Multiple years of experience working with SharePoint across various roles.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing SharePoint solutions for organizations of different sizes and industries.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint projects, from requirement gathering to solution design, implementation, and support.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and articulate technical solutions.
• Problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges and troubleshoot issues in SharePoint environments.
• Project management skills to lead SharePoint projects, coordinate with team members, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience may be required for some positions.
