Senior Vice President (SVP) of CRM

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide visionary leadership and guidance to a team of Vice Presidents and Directors, cultivating an innovative culture within the engineering organization.

- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and development of engineering leaders, ensuring a diverse and high-performing team.

- Define clear goals, performance expectations, and provide continuous feedback to drive excellence and foster professional growth.


IT Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and drive the engineering and architecture strategy, aligning it closely with business objectives, and technology trends.

- Collaborate closely with C-level executives and the board to ensure the engineering strategy complements the overarching corporate vision.

- Lead transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing engineering capabilities, streamlining processes, and fostering innovation.


CRM Mergers and Acquisitions:

- Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of various CRM acquisitions, ensuring a seamless transition and maximizing the benefits of the enterprise-wide initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with MS experts, business units, and cross-functional teams to

ensure a smooth migration to D365 CE, optimizing business processes and data management.

- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with the CRM transformation, maintaining project timelines and budgets.



Engineering Strategy and Execution:

- Collaborate closely with vendors and partners to evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances that bolster engineering goals.

- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

- Cultivate robust relationships with external stakeholders, serving as the company's representative in industry forums and facilitating collaboration for mutual growth.


Financial and Resource Management:

- Exercise oversight over budgeting and financial management for the engineering department, ensuring judicious resource allocation and cost-efficiency.

- Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational excellence and maximize ROI.



Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a significant advantage.

- Proven track record in senior leadership roles, overseeing large engineering teams, and driving strategic initiatives.

- Profound understanding of various engineering domains, with a particular focus on CRM, Cloud, Software& Data, Dynamics 365 preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing engineering organizations.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven capability to develop and execute engineering strategies that align with business objectives.

- Experience in spearheading CRM transformation initiatives and effectively managing organizational change.

- Strong business acumen and adeptness in navigating complex organizational structures.

- Demonstrated expertise in vendor/partner management and negotiation.

- A passionate commitment to technology, innovation, and achieving engineering excellence.
