Company Overview:

Our client is a leading global search firm specializing in Professional Services executive recruitment across a variety of firms including Private Equity, Capital Markets, Banking, Management Consulting, to name a few.

The firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the executive leadership team as the Senior Vice President. This individual will have full P&L control over the US operation.


Job Overview:

As the Senior Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the US business. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of two dozen senior consultants while simultaneously driving business development initiatives to expand the firm's footprint in the United States.

The firm has a strong executive search offering, and it is planning to roll out their Interim practice in the market in the 2024 calendar year.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of full desk recruiters. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.

Business Development: Spearhead business development efforts to identify new client opportunities and expand the presence in the non-Financial Services sector. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients.

Market Expansion: Strategically drive the expansion of the firm's footprint in the US recruitment market. Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and develop actionable plans.

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies for the industry. Ensure the delivery of high-quality talent to meet client needs.


Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business. Drive continuous improvement and ensure the achievement of business goals.


Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a search firm, with a focus on Professional Services, ideally with 10+ years in a similar position.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.

Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding market presence.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
