- Salary: $300K - $350k + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a diverse team of over 200 employees encompassing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Strategy, and Analytics functions within the gaming industry
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and feedback to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute operations strategies aligned with company goals and objectives, collaborating closely with the CEO and other top executives
- Ensure every department understands and works towards the set objectives, driving operational excellence
- Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning for operational initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve strategic objectives
- Process Optimization and Automation:
- Lead efforts to enhance efficiency through the implementation of automated workflows, emphasizing integration with Jira functionalities
- Evaluate current workflows, identify areas for optimization, and continually refine processes to enhance productivity
- Performance Measurement and Improvement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations strategies, including employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and process improvement
- Analyze data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Change Management:
- Facilitate and manage organizational change, particularly related to the adoption of new processes, structures, or automation tools
- Ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions during periods of change
- Employee Experience Enhancement:
- Cultivate a positive and productive work environment by optimizing the employee journey, enhancing workplace conditions, and providing opportunities for growth and development
- Prioritize employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement to drive overall business success
- Bachelor's degree in business related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, within the gaming industry
- Proven experience aligning operations strategy with company vision
- Ability to coordinate with top executives to implement strategies effectively
- Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams globally
- Proven track record of setting clear goals, making strategic decisions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Experience leading efforts to implement automated workflows
- Proficiency in integrating Jira functionalities to optimize processes
- Ability to establish key performance indicators for measuring operational effectiveness
- Experience in analyzing employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and process improvement metrics
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and manage organizational change
- Experience implementing new processes, structures, or automation tools
- Proven track record of creating a positive work environment
- Ability to optimize workplace to boost employee satisfaction, motivation, productivity, and opportunity
