Newly created position - Midwest Region (USA) - Compensation USD 500k (OTE)
Your duties:
» Leadership of all US site operations and resources
» Takes accountability for site performance against targets and reports on site performance to the CEO
» Utilizes appropriate KPI's to identify performance in respect of people, materials, quality levels and equipment
» Create a culture of Operational and Design Excellence; bring rigor, focus and execution, of operational improvements by establishing and leveraging best practice from both internal and external resources.
Our Client:
» My client, based in Germany, is one of the world's largest automotive supplier and represented at around 300+ locations in 40+ countries.
» For further expansion, my client is seeking the company's first Senior VP of Manufacturing with overall responsibility for all 12 US sites
Your Qualifications:
► 5+ years experience leading a manufacturing site, > 10 years experience in international manufacturing business
► Knowledge of ISO & AS Quality standards
► Has held P&L responsibility within manufacturing business and understand the link between operational KPI's and financial performance!
► Capable of being the face of the company with our customers, including OEM domestic and international organizations
► Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
► Strong verbal & written communication, networking and presentation skills. Must be capable of presenting at group CEO level
► US Citizen and must be a passport holder
► Travel will be a feature of this job. Occasional international travel may be required.
