Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Lead. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of projects, leading a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of technology solutions. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to identify requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and systems
Expertise in project management and leading cross-functional teams
Proficiency in network architecture, security, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization, and storage solutions
Experience with IT service management frameworks and processes
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, PMP, or ITIL are preferred
