As the only dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in the US, you'll be partnering with the Business to support Head office hiring needs and taking a lead on our Retail Recruitment. This is a very hands on role, responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with Hiring Managers and colleagues in the People function to provide an efficient, candidate-centric approach. You[ll be first point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, you'll also get to work closely with a Global Talent Acquisition based out of the UK, sharing knowledge and best practice, collaborating on Global Projects. As well as strong experience in volume hiring within the Retail sector - ideally within NYC - you can bring your creative approach to help create engaging candidate experiences. This is a new role to help set up then develop our North American Head office functions in New York, and provide expertise to enable our Retail expansion plan in months to come.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Overseeing and delivering the end to end recruitment process for their function(s) in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Setting recruitment measurement, KPIs and best practice as we build more data-lead, efficient ways of working
  • To anticipate hiring needs you'll be putting in place a strategy for the function by networking with other employers and employees within the same industry, attending our sponsored events, conferences, college events, job fairs etc as required
  • Is proactive, focusing on a "relationship-centric" recruiting approach and drives Function Talent Pipelines through building relationships with passive talent for future opportunities.
  • Developing and keeping track of metrics, i.e., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire- in alignment with overall talent function KPIs/metrics- for Function Talent Team to identify where problems lie and address them quickly.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Experience in Retail, volume recruitment, ideally gained within an international business.
  • Strong experience of achieving results through influencing and networking, instead of direct control.
  • Ability to work from basic foundations and build process and framework as part of the Gymshark journey through Talent Acquisition's global evolution
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable adapting quickly and reprioritizing in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Clear communication skills, able to create and nurture effective relationships - with colleagues and candidates alike
  • Ability and interest in coaching, mentoring and developing the skills of others you work with


SALARY RANGE: $110K-$118K

Note - this is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend the office (Soho area) at least 3 days a week
