What You'll Do

As part of our rapid expansion, we've recently acquired Curricula, a security awareness training platform. Our Security Awareness Training (SAT) program delivers engaging content and interactive exercises to empower employees in the ongoing battle against cyber threats. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our SAT product, aiding clients and partners in cultivating a cyber-savvy workforce.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end features within a Laravel PHP SaaS application.

Design internal and external APIs using a Spec-First approach.

Collaborate across teams to construct internal APIs for seamless integration.

Craft well-tested, efficient, and reusable PHP modules, ensuring high-quality code.

Address complex performance issues and architectural challenges.

What You Bring To The Team

3+ years of PHP programming experience.

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Proficiency in the Laravel PHP framework.

Familiarity with the TALL Stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, Livewire).

Experience in writing and maintaining OpenAPI specifications.

Knowledge of REST API development practices.

Proficient with MySQL and AWS services/infrastructure.

Skilled in code versioning tools like Git.

Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.

Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively.
