Keepit is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to take ownership of compensation for our revenue-generating teams.


We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. We are expanding globally, and as we invest in our go-to-market teams in all regions, we need to make sure that our hard-working sales team members receive the correct reward for their work and success. Therefore, we seek a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our global Revenue Operations team.


​As Senior Sales Compensation Analyst you will play a vital role in our commercial setup as you will own day-to-day operations related to compensation plans for our Sales teams, working closely with our SVP of Global Revenue Operations, our regional sales leaders, Finance, and our CRO. You will take ownership of making sure compensation is paid in a timely and accurate manner.


Areas of responsibility as Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Keepit will include:

  • ​Responsible for managing our sales compensation software, including the use of QuotaPath.
  • Managing all aspects of exceptions, calculations, accuracy checks, and amounts to be paid.
  • Responding to sales inquiries regarding sales compensation plans, crediting, and quotas.
  • Collaborating with Sales Leaders to align Sales positions and job functions with plan performance measures.
  • Reviewing to ensure consistency across different sales departments and assist in formulating sales compensation policies, terms and conditions, and other sales incentive plan documentation.
  • Engage in the quota-setting process and document all procedures.

1. Best practice compensation plans: The ideal candidate is familiar with best practices on compensation and has in-depth knowledge of compensation models from other SaaS companies operating in the same space as us.


2. Rigorous attention to detail: This role requires solid attention to details and a nag for getting the numbers correct to make sure our colleagues in sales get the correct commission and paid on time.


3. Sales Compensation tool stack: The candidate must have strong Excel skills and be familiar with QuotaPath or similar tools. Being able to manage exceptions, perform accuracy checks, and ensure that compensation amounts are correct is required. The ideal candidate should also be adept at using various tools that we currently employ to ensure our sales reps receive the correct commission. Additionally, we will need input on how to modify our setup as we scale.


4. Stakeholder management: This role requires excellent and clear communication skills and the ability to interact, solve problems, and collaborate with many stakeholders, namely in our sales and finance organization.
