Senior Proposal Writer (100% remote rhapsody!)

As the Senior Proposal Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting captivating proposals that win contracts and drive our company's success. Collaborating with a dynamic team of writers, business developers, capture specialists and talent acquisition specialists, you'll develop innovative solutions and strategies that set us apart from the competition. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key in refining proposal drafts, ensuring compliance with requirements, and crafting winning themes and risk mitigation strategies.


Working remotely with a CMMI and ISO-certified, highly organized team, you'll lead the proposal process from start to finish, deciphering government RFPs, submitting clarifying questions, and preparing proposals for 'white glove' reviews. Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience writing proposals in response to Federal RFPs, RFQs, etc.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant writing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a related field is a plus.


Work Setting and Environment:

  • Monday through Friday, during core hours. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with minimal meetings—just our fun, camera-on town hall meetings that look like a bunch of Brady Bunch squares.
