Project / Program Manager - Pharma

Zifo is looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager with experience in running the project portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of various technical solutions for large biopharma customers.

• Lead and manage new capability development/deployment and integration projects
• Organize user-stories/requirements into executable workstreams
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project alignment and progress
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as necessary
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage contracts, ensuring deliverables, resource allocation and expenditure control are in alignment with Company and stakeholders' expectations
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation
• San Francisco Bay Area - 3 days on site (South San Francisco)

Qualifications{{:}}

• PMP certification is preferred
• Past experience managing projects in both Waterfall and Agile framework (hybrid)
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment and integration projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of biotechnology processes, including R&D, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements is a big-plus
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with conflicting priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Contribute and support change management initiatives by managing impact to stakeholders 
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
