Senior Project Manager - ESG and Sustainable Buildings

CodeGreen Sustainability is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and sustainable building project management to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in independently scoping, coordinating, and managing multiple projects, driving them to successful completion. Your primary focus will be on developing holistic and innovative sustainability programs for our clients and overseeing the implementation of decarbonization strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Define project objectives and goals, keeping projects on track with these objectives.
• Client Engagement: Manage strategic sustainability scopes, lead client meetings, and provide education on sustainability initiatives.
• Analysis and Deliverables: Conduct analysis to produce high-quality deliverables in a timely manner for clients.
• Team Coordination: Work with support staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Billing and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely billing of projects, including ESG reporting (GRESB, SASB, TCFD, GRI, etc).
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and provide training to support staff to maintain best-in-class practices.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities to connect services, and present additional offerings.
• Administrative and Business Responsibilities: Assist in marketing and presenting all CodeGreen service offerings to clients.
• Account Management: Handle account management responsibilities as assigned by company leadership.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of ESG and sustainable building project management experience, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Skills: Strong writing skills, experience with GRESB, LEED, and local sustainability mandates.
• Organizational Skills: Superb organization and time-management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
