Senior Project Manager

You have at least 6+ years Project Management experience with proof of strong upward management progress. You are a natural self-starter, are confident in your decision making skills and a proficient problem solver. You are experienced with Project Management tools & software. You have a solid understanding of the end-to-end process across large-scale initiatives, are energetic, and possess an extreme attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate

• Provide leadership across a brand or brands offering efficient project planning and staff management
• Facilitate a collaborative, steady environment to enable and encourage the best work
• Motivate the team by displaying a high level of respect, positivity, accountability, and clear, proactive communication
• Foster an integrated creative development touchpoint process and internal collaboration meetings. Connect integrated communications collaboration.
  
  

Make it Happen

• Partner with Creative and Business Leadership to produce major brand initiatives—ensure proper planning and resourcing are in line (eg, new creative campaign, activations)
• Communicate objectives and priorities clearly, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and error-free.
• Partner with business management on individual project estimates, staff plans, and ongoing scope management.

• Work closely with brand and agency leaders to determine resource allocation and ensure all jobs are completed on budget, on time, and within scope
• Have an understanding of the brands' finances
• Exhibit strong decision-making skills
• Help further integrate creative development synergies across all functional agency teams

• Contribute new ideas
• Challenge yourself by identifying new areas of interest for personal career development
• Work with the Director of Project Management and Directors of Resource Management on process vision and overall creative development efficiency within TBWA.

Location:

Given the nature of our Project Management team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
