Role Overview
Our client seeks a Senior Project Developer to lead project development initiatives from concept to construction. The Senior Project Developer will oversee the development of hundreds of megawatts of utility-scale solar projects. The successful candidate will have experience developing clean energy projects & will be able to work cohesively with internal & external parties.
Duties & Responsibilities
Spearhead project development, including budgets & schedules
Consistently engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Manage & support with due diligence processes
Negotiate agreements
Attend meetings on behalf of the company
Support with project finance & land acquisition
Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale solar development projects
Excellent understanding of real estate agreements
Management experience
High EQ and ability to collaborate with others
Project management skills
Ability to travel up to one-third of the time
