Purpose:

At DASI, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of existing and new supplier partnerships on DASI’s marketplace for aircraft parts. You will work with the Director of Programs and with different areas of the company to analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing partners and channels, focused on high performance from partners, sales growth opportunities, and high customer satisfaction. You will manage and guide team members to ensure successful implementation and sustained growth of current and new partners. This role may require significant international and domestic travel.

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide leadership for Vendor Management strategies and execution across DASI partners and prospective partners.
  • Lead a regional or global team, managing negotiation and operational performance oversight of third-party vendor relationships.
  • Manage contracts with partners, making sure they comply with all commitments and deliverables (NDA, RFI, RFP, Supply Agreement, Amendments, etc.).
  • Measure performance, set benchmarks and derive insights continuous improvement.
  • Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects and management.
  • Work closely with various business functions to identify sales and program growth opportunities.
  • Deliver significant year-over-year revenue growth while sustaining supplier quality and performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures for effective and compliant partner management on behalf of DASI clients.
  • Identify key stakeholders within an organization and foster relationships with them.
  • Work with other internal and external senior leaders across different functions to ensure that the programs deliver on its objectives.
  • Lead, coach and develop the members of the Global Programs team.
  • Manage partner reviews ensuring a strong suite of KPI’s and create reporting dashboard for senior leadership team.
  • Leverage Marketing and CRM teams to develop supplier and customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus.
  • Strong Aviation Background.
  • Proven experience managing a team in a global environment, including a record of innovation and success in bringing about change in business processes.
  • Solid Contract Management Background.
  • Experience of managing businesses through significant change.
  • Broad-based business knowledge and experience in forging strategic relationships externally.
