We're searching for a passionate and strategic leader to join the Veryon Product Management team. As the Senior Product Owner for Veryon, you will lead the product strategy, vision, and plan, ensuring Veryon Tracking remains at the forefront of the industry. You'll be responsible for crafting a data-driven product roadmap that prioritizes features that directly address our customers' most pressing challenges. Your deep understanding of the market and keen ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions will be instrumental in driving significant financial growth for Veryon.


What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives

In your first 30 days, you will immerse and integrate yourself into the organization. Listen, learn, absorb, ask questions, document, internalize business goals, and establish your scope of focus with the larger organization.

  • Dive deep into the Veryon Tracking product, roadmap, backlog, and user base.
  • Meet with stakeholders across the organization (engineering, marketing, sales, customer success) to understand their roles and perspectives on the product.
  • Shadow Product development ceremonies, including daily standups, design reviews, demonstrations, and iteration retrospectives.

In your first 3 months and on an ongoing basis, you will refine the product roadmap, execute key initiatives, and engage stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver tangible results.

  • Complete a comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Partner with UX/UI and others to interview users, validate designs and requirements, gather, and summarize feedback from customer users.
  • Lead the development of key product initiatives, working closely with engineering, to ensure alignment and execution of epics and user stories.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to prepare and execute a go-to-market strategy for any planned product innovation.

After your first 6 months and on an ongoing basis, you will drive the success of the Veryon Tracking product through strategic vision, execution excellence, and a deep understanding of market needs.

  • Have a deep understanding of Veryon Tracking’s features, benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages.
  • Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Analyze competition and industry advancements to ensure product competitiveness.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, or integrations to enhance the value proposition and capabilities of Veryon Tracking.
  • Iterate on product features and experiences through A/B testing, user research, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions about product direction.
  • Develop and present product updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Orientation: Set ambitious but achievable goals for product success, and drive the team towards meeting or exceeding these goals. Take ownership of product outcomes and demonstrate a relentless focus on delivering business results.
  • Discipline: Sets clear priorities, objectives, and plans for teams and crisply communicates throughout the organization. Stays disciplined against product management best practices while balancing against pragmatic objectives of the Company.
