Senior Product Analyst

This software company has secured more than $55m up to Series B investment. They have an impressive founding team who have sold startups in the past. It's building an advanced technology that will change how people will learn, which is already used by more than 2 million people globally.

They are looking for its first Senior Product Analyst to to the Head of Data and work closely with product teams to analyze data, identify trends, design experiments, and recommend product enhancements. In this role, you will establish a top-tier function by developing datasets and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and understand our diverse customer base.

This person:

• You have at least 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Science roles
• You are an expert in SQL and can write complex but scalable queries
• You possess extensive experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• You are proficient in statistical analysis of customer retention and product usage
• You are familiar with product-led-growth (PLG) concepts and B2B SaaS
• You have experience in building robust datasets for advanced analytics
• You have effective communication skills for seamless collaboration
