This role is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing startup that is redefining mental health care for women. As the Senior Operations Manager you will manage day to day operations, oversee key business processes, and drive operational efficiencies. You’ll develop, own, and report on key operations metrics, lead ongoing priority initiatives, and build, inspire, and manage an all star team. You will report directly to the Co-Founder and COO.

The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience managing business operations at a fast growing startup. You solve problems creatively, have the ability to manage complexity, and distill detailed information into clear goals and processes. You will work at the nexus of operations and clinical care to deliver a world class patient experience. You are passionate about our mission, data-driven, excel at project management, and not afraid to get in the weeds with this work and with your team.

What you’ll do:


  • Lead, inspire, and mentor our growing team of talented Patient Care Advocates and Operations Associates
  • Develop and oversee key operational processes, including patient onboarding, billing, matching, scheduling, support requests, and more
  • Manage workflows and vendors related to insurance eligibility and claims processing
  • Lead special projects related to key operations initiatives to drive KPIs
  • Create and manage dashboards that measure KPIs as well as identify and prioritize areas for improvement to meet company goals
  • Routinely audit existing processes and workflows as well as develop and implement improvements
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical and Product teams to drive best-in-class Patient and Clinician experience




Who You Are

  • You are a people person who loves to lead and motivate teams as well as collaborate with others
  • You’re an experienced project manager - you have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining your cool
  • You are strategic and decisive, able to create structure out of ambiguity and define clear priorities with limited resources
  • Excel is your happy place - you are comfortable leading analysis & driving actionable insights
  • You are scrappy and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get into the weeds

Must Haves


  • At least 3-5 years experience in business operations, with mastery in managing and developing complex processes
  • Minimum 2 years experience at a fast-growing startup, ideally at a healthcare services company
  • At least 2 years experience working in a heavy data analysis capacity using tools like excel and data visualization tools to create live performance dashboards, conduct scenario modeling, etc.
  • Experience managing and leading teams




Nice to Have


  • Experience with managing insurance eligibility and claims processing
  • MBA from a top program
  • Investment banking or management consulting experience
