Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our growing manufacturing team!

In this role, you will oversee the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Experience Needed:

• 5-10 years of experience in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with direct reports.
• Experience with profit & loss.
• Cross-functional experience including finance, human resources, and logistics.
• Experience in contract negotiation regarding materials and services

Responsibilities:

• Support the executive team in an operational and administrative capacity.
• Negotiate and review contracts.
• Assess and improve the efficiency of logistics and quality assurance.
• Manage direct reports including the project management team.
• Report performance to multiple departments ensuring efficiency.
