As a Senior .Net Software Engineer at our company, you'll tackle challenging and rewarding projects across our tech stack. From crafting innovative web experiences to refining the financial engine powering millions of dollars in transactions, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of cutting-edge CFTC compliant Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Designated Clearing Organization (DCO) software systems, enabling seamless trading of financial options and futures.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on the redesign of our real-time trading system, enhancing its performance, scalability, and overall efficiency.
Optimize algorithms, data structures, and order matching to ensure efficient trade execution.
Utilize best practices, design patterns, and the latest web and mobile technologies to deliver innovative and high-performing software solutions.
Conduct architectural and technical reviews throughout the software development lifecycle, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Partner with project teams and stakeholders to analyze system performance, gather requirements, and resolve technical issues.
Take ownership of capacity planning, monitoring, and analysis, addressing performance challenges proactively.
Drive performance engineering practices across the development lifecycle, ensuring performance considerations are integrated from the outset.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade software systems using .NET framework and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and backend technologies, with a focus on maintaining coding standards and conducting thorough analysis.
Strong expertise in SQL Server, continuous integration, and continuous development practices.
Ability to troubleshoot system bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Experience with high-volume, scalable SaaS infrastructures and version control systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
