Senior .Net Architect w/ Azure and React

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior .Net Architect w/Azure and React to serve our diverse base of global clients. Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable high-performance applications using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Develop and maintain robust Azure cloud infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Utilize Entity Framework Core for efficient database management and operations.
• Implement Azure Functions and Azure Pipelines to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
• Manage source code and project artifacts using Azure Repos ensuring version control best practices.
• Optimize Azure SQL databases and integrate with Oracle for comprehensive data solutions.
• Design and develop front-end interfaces using React providing a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Azure architecture and full-stack development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in ASP.NET Core C# Entity Framework Core and Azure technologies is mandatory.
• Strong background in Azure Architecture Azure DevOps and Azure Functions is required.
• Proficiency in React and Oracle databases is essential.
• Experience in Asset & Wealth Management domain is crucial.
• Familiarity with ADO.NET ASP.NET and Azure DevOps Pipeline is desirable.
• Certification in Azure solutions or related fields is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
