Senior Manager, Support

The Sr. Support Manager will manage all aspects of the organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives for the department. This role will provide mentoring, leadership, and organization to managers and supervisors. Managerial duties include training, writing, and conducting performance appraisals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a critical advocate for quality improvement and interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business, product and operations teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Execute quality monitoring requirements that deliver intent and customer satisfaction goals for the Support department.
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance to employees training, coaching or monitoring where appropriate.
  • Manage daily activities to ensure smooth and good quality customer service delivery.
  • Ensure that experts are informed about changes to company products and services.
  • Prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least five years of customer service management experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
  • Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
