Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI). This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an ambitious spirit that promotes an upbeat and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a premier engineering center with the focus on excellence.

Oracle Health Application & Infrastructure is seeking an expert Sr Manager of Program Management to lead approximately 8 technical direct reports through multiple product improvement & cloud migration projects.

As a Senior Manager, Program Management you will be responsible for leading a team that handles sophisticated, cross-functional programs that impact both product and business and will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives. You will provide day to day leadership of projects and programs that include risk management, partner communications and managing interdependencies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and be responsible for the development and delivery of products and services, including financial performance and contractual commitments
  • Ensure current and planned products or services are achievable and delivered according to customer specifications
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners to implement client and product vision, objectives, and strategy
  • Act as a partner concern point for solutions issues and risks, and engage with internal teams to drive and resolve incidents
  • Support problem management activities and provide on-call incident management support
  • Attract, develop and retain a dedicated team of professionals responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a project, or supporting a production solution or service
  • Identify and define program management goals, objectives and metrics; analyze business needs and prioritize workload for team members
  • Hold team and individuals accountable for results and handle performance through 1:1s, connect sessions, performance management assessments, and annual reviews


Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area preferred
  • Previous experience working in project management, product design or related experiences with Citrix solutions strongly preferred
  • Must have previous experience & responsibilities for 2-8 technical direct reports
  • Seeking Jira experience

US: Hiring Range: from $109,100 - $223,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
