About The Team

The Compensation Team at Bose is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation in its new Atlanta location. This individual will be responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and ad hoc incentive compensation plans globally. The Senior Manager, Compensation will be the expert on market trends in executive compensation and engage/manage our external consulting partner. This position reports to the Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics and works regularly with the Bose Board’s Compensation Committee as well as with the CEO and CHRO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual executive compensation process, including analyzing market trends and data, assessing internal equity, and guiding the Compensation Committee and Bose leadership alignment processes
  • Establish market matches and generate offer frameworks for new executive candidates
  • Administer and refine all company incentive compensation programs, including annual incentives, long-term incentives, and ad hoc (retention and other) incentive programs
  • Provide compensation support (job matching and pricing of new roles, reviewing promotions and adjustments, etc.) to multiple executives in cooperation with their HR business partners
  • Support the annual pay program process
  • Manage and engage with compensation vendors and partners, especially our external executive compensation consultants
  • Oversee the preparation of compensation data for Bose leadership and the Compensation Committee
  • Lead compensation projects to help evolve and improve our compensation philosophy and its execution

Requirements

About You

  • 7+ years of experience, 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Experience developing global compensation initiatives
  • Experience with Workday Compensation and PayFactors experience preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field., advanced degree a plus
