Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this leadership role is at the very heart of innovation at our company. As the Senior Group Manager in Global Talent Acquisition – Projects and Strategy, you’ll be pivotal in sculpting the infrastructure of talent that will drive our company forward into the future. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead, influence, and expand our Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives on a global scale. Your strategic vision will play a crucial role in not just meeting but exceeding our company’s ambitious goals.


What You'll Do:


  • Lead and Innovate: Spearhead global talent acquisition projects and strategic initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and promote seamless global integration.
  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement cutting-edge TA strategies that align seamlessly with our corporate vision and overarching goals, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Brand Amplification: Oversee and revolutionize our TA branding efforts, conducting in-depth analyses to ensure alignment with global market trends and evolving company objectives.
  • Event Management: Organize and spearhead high-impact TA events that boost brand visibility and magnetize top-tier talent to our doors.
  • Talent Pipeline Construction: Design and enforce robust university recruiting strategies to cultivate a dynamic pipeline of emerging talent ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow.
  • Leadership and Inspiration: Lead, mentor, and galvanize a team of dedicated TA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage the latest technologies in recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate experience and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and promote diversity hiring strategies that are inclusive, fair, and aligned with global standards and expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for global talent acquisition, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost-efficient strategies.


Who You Are:


  • Experienced Leader: Bring at least 15+ years of seasoned expertise in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, with a proven track record of strategic planning and managing global operations.
  • Brand Strategist: Exhibit demonstrated expertise in shaping TA branding and executing strategic TA initiatives that resonate on a global scale.
  • Project Management Pro: Display a robust ability to manage, oversee, and deliver large-scale projects with precision and flair.
  • University Recruitment Guru: Have a solid background in crafting engaging and effective university recruiting strategies.
  • Global Thinker: Possess extensive global experience with a flexible mindset adaptable to a myriad of cultures and business practices.
  • Dynamic Manager: Effective leadership capabilities with a history of managing diverse teams to achieve remarkable results.
  • Analytical Mind: Proficient in utilizing reporting and analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance operational processes.
  • Educated and Certified: Hold a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field; an MBA or MS is preferred.
  • Industry Savvy: Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, Aeronautical, or Big Tech industries is highly desirable.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies and ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.
