What you’ll do…

Support our production teams by creating a workplace free of recognized hazards, promoting safe work behaviors, and fostering a lean safety culture that keeps the safety of employees a business value.

Maintain compliance reporting for all environmental, health and safety activities as per Federal (OSHA and EPA), State, and local EHS requirements.

Ensure timely investigation of environmental, health and safety incidents, root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective action plans.

Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge of EHS best practices to establish goals, objectives, metrics, and scorecards to assure the EHS function is effective.

Proven ability to operate safely through use of comprehensive understanding of EHS regulations and requirements to ensure all food and people guidelines are met.

Utilizing knowledge from your 10+ years’ experience from progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.

Tactically deploy the strategy and vision for each site with responsible for key performance indicators (KPI’s), and policies.

Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in maintaining knowledge of safety requirements at all levels.

Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

Our Sr. EH&S Manager executes strategy to continue established safety programs and environmental performance to world-class levels at our plants in Milwaukee and Jefferson, WI.

We are currently hiring experienced EH&S Manager to join our team predominantly during 1 st shift hours with visibility across all shifts of operation.
