Senior Engineering Manager

New Role! Hiring Now for Senior Engineering Manager for North American Manufacturing Facilities - Lead Capital Engineering Team - Growth Plan to Director

We are actively searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to manage a corporate engineering team that is responsible for identifying and implementing improvement projects for several manufacturing plants.

This role works both on site and off site, including a manufacturing site about 30 minutes south of Chicago.

You will work cross functionally with other stakeholders to ensure upgrades and investments support the growth plans of the company. You will be a key member of the North American leadership team and will instill a positive work culture, promote safety, and evaluate and coach talent.

Background

• BS degree in Engineering
• Experienced Team Manager with capital project planning and CAPEX experience ($10MM+)
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or related industrial process / manufacturing settings
• Well rounded OSHA safety knowledge
• Highly organized, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel about 50% to production sites undergoing capital improvements.
