What You’ll Be Doing

• You will lead and inspire a dynamic global team of systems infrastructure and systems administrators, supporting Analytic Partners global customer facing cloud environments and global internal corporate environments. As the leader of the team, you will manage the IT infrastructure, risk management, lead strategic initiatives, take complex issues and translate them into actionable solutions, manage cross functional project teams, and ultimately have an impact across Analytic Partners enterprise-level environments and global community.

• Direct the IT operations and set priorities between infrastructure (including day to day operational support) and development.
• Plan, recommend and execute IT systems and services that improve overall effectiveness to enable Analytic Partners to achieve its business goals now and in the future.
• Own all global network communications for example:
• Network, Site to Site VPN, Connectivity to World
• Network setup and security.
• Connection to physical offices and cloud
• Routing and Switching
• Network upgrades.
• Setting up domains and certs
• Be responsible for training and transferring knowledge to other team members to ensure succession planning is prioritized and no gaps are present.
• Own Active Directory, Federation, and Single Sign-On
• Be responsible for global Telecommunication (Microsoft Teams, Polycom A/V) and any initiatives/projects that support or utilize such services.
• Constantly thinking about how to achieve ISO27001 and other certifications thru secure use of IT infrastructure.
• Own Mobile Device Management
• Own Office365 Management platform
• Own Security Management (proximity, files, data security & physical security).
• Own Vendor Management process, benchmarking, and contract management
• Own IT Architecture, both on-premises and in the Cloud
• Own Cloud Administration for AWS, Azure, & Alibaba
• Owns Forensics Process (investigate and troubleshoot, manage resolution and support offshore offices)

• Technical Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related fields with 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services Administrator and Solutions Architect certification
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP
• Strong understanding of the DevOps/DevSecOps frameworks and Agile methodologies
  
  

$195,000 - $225,000 a year

The shared salary range is based on our good-faith belief at the time of posting. While the range is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, we are often open to a wide variety of candidates and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced or more senior than this job description as posted. Total compensation may vary based on work experience, geographic location, market conditions, education/training, and skill level. Compensation Range: Base $195,000 to $225,000/yearly + annual cash bonus + equity and benefits such as paid holidays, open PTO, medical, dental, and vision.
