SUMMARY:

Senior Director of Information Technology of Vivos Holdings, LLC is responsible for the design, development, implementation and security of the company’s information systems, software applications, IT support, and IT infrastructure. The Senior Director of Information Technology will provide visionary and strategic leadership in developing IT strategies that enable the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. This role manages and oversees strategic and tactical IT initiatives throughout the company focused on cost effectiveness, efficiency, service, quality, and revenue growth. The Senior Director of Information Technology oversees day-to-day operations of the company’s IT infrastructure and applications. The Senior Director of Information Technology partners with members of the company’s leadership team to identify opportunities to leverage IT resources and capabilities in furtherance of the company’s goals and objectives. The role will lead an experienced IT team of professionals that currently supports over 1,100 employees across multiple states.

Essential Duties:

· Develop IT strategies that enable and facilitate the achievement of the company’s business objectives by encouraging innovation, prioritizing relevant IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.

· Develop and implement an IT organizational structure that proactively engages and interacts as a trusted business partner to key functional areas in support of short- and long-term business objectives.

· Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures that align to the overall enterprise and ensure departmental accountability for performance.

· Identify and assess opportunities for appropriate, cost-effective investments in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.

· Develop and maintain information technology security protections aimed at preventing on-premise network penetration or other third party cybersecurity attacks and evaluate, assess and supplement, as necessary, similar security measures for cloud-based application systems.

· Develop, track, and manage the annual and long-term information technology operating and capital budgets.

· Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives and, as appropriate, present proposed solutions to the senior executive team and board of directors.

· Direct and oversee the development, execution and maintenance of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

· Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.

· Lead IT systems integration or separation activities in connection with acquisitions, business combinations or divestitures.

· Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.

· Define and communicate corporate plans, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating IT systems.

· Establish and maintain IT governance structure to regularly review and prioritize IT initiatives, gain executive-level input and discuss resource needs and considerations.

· Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.

· Ensure IT system operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations.

· Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry and advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.

· Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities, including government, vendors, and partner organizations.

· Lead the development, retention, and organization of all IT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or professional field of study. MBA or master’s degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.

Solid technical knowledge and experience in the use and application of the most current technologies and products used in the industry.

Broad knowledge of computer systems including knowledge of data processing communication and network standards, SAP, cybersecurity, and software/hardware project management and vendor management

Experience Requirements:

· 10 years’ experience delivering enterprise IT solutions and services.

· 5 years’ experience leading enterprise IT technical organizations in technology development, delivery, and adoption.

· Proven ability to transform and develop an information technology focused workforce.

· Capability to execute on vision, drive business results, and strategic growth in a highly competitive environment.

· Strong demonstrated leadership abilities, experience, and presence.

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers across internal business organizations.

· Sound business judgment and strong operational acumen.

· Experience with manufacturing and distribution of products preferred.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.

Lifting and moving of computers and peripherals for installation and maintenance. Occasional climbing for data wiring installation.
