COMPENSATION: $200k TO $265k Base plus bonus and equity

Hybrid- You must be available to come into office at least 2x per week
THE COMPANY:
You will join a global company that focuses on developing and marketing consumer health and hygiene products. You will work with a portfolio that is well known across the globe, enhances consumers overall health and wellbeing.
THE ROLE:
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the global strategy for a leading brand, developing strategies to enhance the brands everyday offerings. This role requires a very seasoned marketing professional that has proven track record of working on global, consumer brands.
Develop a consistent and distinctive global brand in collaboration with key functions
Provides leadership for cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and marketing leads
Develops growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive data and insights
Hire, mentor, and develop managers and senior managers within the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 12 years of marketing experience with 3-4 years at the Sr Director level REQUIRED
Expanding brands into new global markets REQUIRED
Global marketing experience in consumer products "FMCG" REQUIRED
Experience in working with Latam, EMEA and/or AP
Proven track record of brand turnaround
Proven track record of developing strong global brands: defining global strategy/ program, aligning with key stakeholders, identifying the right agencies to help, executing the program and communicating to markets for brand activation. Ability to show positive impact of the program on the sales/ market share.
Proficiency in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and digital assets
Ability to leverage technology for data analysis and consumer insights
Strong leadership and strategic thinking
Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Solution-oriented mindset
THE BENEFITS
Base salary for position ranges from $200,000 to $265,000 + Bonus
